Pool Rules

Hours: 8 AM – 8 PM

No lifeguard on duty.

Swimming and use of pool area at your own risk.

Pool facility for residents & guests only.

Guests must be accompanied by resident. Public not invited.

Children under 12 and non swimmers must be accompanied by competent adult swimmer.

Only proper bathing attire allowed.

Guests must have a pool pass.

No toddlers in diapers in pool.

No running & throwing objects in pool area.

No glassware or bottles in pool area.

No radios, tape deck, CD players, etc., unless ear phones are used.

No bicycles, skates, skateboards in pool area.

Only snorkel gear & rubber floatation equipment may be used.

Only plastic containers & cans are permitted.

Management has the right to evict anyone from the pool causing a nuisance & breaking the rules.
